Sadly, the Cardinals were unable to pull through last night as the clock ticked down on Super Bowl XLIII. Because of the turnout of last night's game, I have come to the conclusion that I carry a Super Bowl curse with me to wherever I live.
Here is the evidence:
1999-2000: Decide to stay in Nashville to go to college.
Titans make it to the Super Bowl-YAY!
Titans lose the Super Bowl to the Rams-BOO!
2005-2006: Living in Seattle for a 2nd year.
Seahawks make it to the Super Bowl-YAY!
Seahawks lose the Super Bowl to the Steelers-BOO!
2008-2009: Move to sunny Arizona with my wonderful husband.
Cardinals make it to the Super Bowl-YAY!
Cardinals lose the Super Bowl to the Steelers-BOO!
I am sensing a pattern here, aren't you? So unfortunately for my future home teams, they may make it to the big game, but shouldn't expect to win it, as long as I am around...
All in all it was a fun night hanging out with Cardinals fans for a very exciting game (especially that last quarter!). I guess I can keep hoping for better officiating...whoops!...I mean luck next time!

Go Steelers! Maybe it isn't that you bring bad luck, but that the Steelers are that good ;) Glad you had fun watching the game - it was an exciting one! And as for officiating, I couldn't see myself thanks to lack of replays, but I've heard there were some bad calls on both sides...
I'd say you are GOOD luck for helping your hometeam even get to the superbowl. I mean, isn't that an accomplishment in itself, even if they don't win the whole thing?
you forgot to mention, that all the other teams involved were Matt's preferred team of choice/home team... Maybe you should move to the same city to offset any luck issues you may have... hmmm...
